This section will help you get started with the Service Experience API service.

Authentication

Ensure secure access by including your developer token in the request Authorization header.

User Journey

Get Service Experience by grographic area:

The common use is to first filter by country and then find a region that has a poor service experience. Then when filtering by that region you'll see which cities also have bad service experience. From that point, you can continue narrowing the area filtering to a specific cell.
